Bassam B. Damaj, Ph.D.

| Dr. Damaj was appointed
to serve as President and Chief Executive
Officer and as a member of the Board
in December 2009. Dr. Damaj is the co-founder
and former Chief Scientific Officer
of Bio-Quant, and served in that capacity
since its inception in 1999. Dr. Damaj
brings to the Company numerous years
of biotechnology and pharmaceutical
experience in drug discovery and development.
Prior to Bio-Quant, Dr. Damaj served
as President & CEO of BioSignature
Diagnostics, Inc. He also served as
the Group Leader for the Office of New
Target Intelligence and a Group Leader
for immunological and inflammatory disease
programs at Tanabe Research Laboratories,
U.S.A., Inc. Previous appointments included
Pharmacopeia Inc., a New Jersey based
company where Dr. Damaj served as a
senior scientist and a member of the
senior staff board of the drug discovery
department. He was also a visiting scientist
at Genentech, Inc., Pfizer Inc. and
the NIH (NIAID). Dr. Damaj is the founder
of Celltek Biotechnology, Mina Holdings,
BioSignature Diagnostics and R&D
Healthcare Inc. He holds numerous patents
in this field and authored numerous
peer reviewed scientific publications,
and is the author of the Immunological
Reagents and Solutions reference book.
Dr. Damaj served on several scientific
advisory boards of biopharmaceuticals
including Celltek, Virocell and Microislet,
Inc. He is the holder of the U.S. Congress
Award for the development of the first
Anthrax Diagnostic Blood Test for the
United States in 2003. He also represented
the State of California on the Congressional
Scientific Liaison Committee in 2002.
Dr. Damaj holds a Ph.D. in Immunology/Microbiology,
a postdoctoral fellowship in Molecular
Oncology and an MBA in Healthcare. He
has been involved with over seven drug
candidates currently in clinical trials
for a variety of diseases. |

Vivian Liu
Executive Vice
President & Chairman of the Board |

| Ms. Liu was appointed
to serve as Executive Vice President
and Chairman of the Board in December
2009, having previously served as President
and Chief Executive Officer since June
2007, at which time she was elected
to the Board of Directors. Ms. Liu served
as Executive Vice President and Chief
Operating Officer from June 2006 to
June 2007, and as Secretary since 1995.
Ms. Liu served as our Vice President
of Corporate Affairs from September
1995 until December 2005, Acting Chief
Executive Officer from December 2005
until January 2006, Chief Financial
Officer from January 2004 until December
2005, Acting Chief Financial Officer
from 1999 to January 2004 and Treasurer
from September 1995 through December
2005. In 1994, while the Company was
in a transition period, she served as
Chief Executive Officer. From 1985 to
1994, Ms. Liu was a business and investment
advisor to the government of Québec
and numerous Canadian companies with
respect to product distribution, technology
transfer and investment issues. Ms.
Liu received her MPA in International
Finance from the University of Southern
California and her BA from the University
of California, Berkeley. |

Henry J. Esber, Ph.D.

| Dr. Esber was named Executive
Vice President and a member of the Board
in December 2009, having previously
served as the Senior Vice President
and Chief Business Development Officer
of Bio-Quant. Previous appointments
included serving as the Executive Director
of Business Development at Charles Rivers
Laboratories and as the Director of
the Department of Immunology and Clinical
Services at TSI Mason. Dr. Esber has
more than twenty five years experience
in the areas of tumor immunology, immunotherapy,
toxicology, and immunotoxicology, and
has published over 130 papers. He is
also a full member of various scientific
societies and associations. |

Mark Westgate
Vice President
& C.F.O. |

| Mr. Westgate was named
Vice President and C.F.O. in December
2005. Mr. Westgate served as Controller
from 2002-2005. Prior to joining NexMed,
Mr. Westgate was Controller and Director
of Finance for Lavipharm Laboratories
Inc. from 1998-2002. Mr. Westgate was
also a supervisor at Richard A. Eisner
& Company, LLP where he performed
audits and provided tax advice for many
clients in various industries including
the biotech industry. Mr. Westgate is
a Certified Public Accountant and a
member of the New York State Society
of Certified Public Accountants. Mr.
Westgate holds a B.B.A. in public accounting
from Pace University. |

Edward Cox

Investor Relations & Corporate Development |

| Mr. Cox was named Vice
President Investor Relations & Corporate
Development in December 2009, having
previously served as President and a
member of the Board of Directors of
Bio-Quant since January 2007. He has
extensive experience in finance and
strategic business planning for pre-IPO
companies. Mr. Cox has served as an
Officer and/or Director of several early-stage
and publicly traded companies including
TomCo Energy (TOM:L) and Pangea Pictures
Corporation. He also acted as a Business
Strategist and Consultant for several
companies such as Tequesta Marine Biosciences.
Mr. Cox holds a Masters of Science in
Business from the University of Florida. |
